All (Florida) firearm buyers must:

• Be at least 21 years of age for any gun.

• Never have been convicted of a felony.

• Never have been a fugitive from justice, an unlawful user of any controlled substance.

• Have not been dishonorably discharged from the Armed Forces / Military.

• Have not been convicted of a domestic violence crime.

• Never have been subject to a court order that restrains the person from harassing, stalking, or threatening an intimate partner or child.

 

In-Store Pickup

If you are local and want to pick up, you may be charged a shipping fee. No worries, we can refund you the shipping amount once you come in store to pick up the items. Please leave a detail note within the Order Comments or FFL section of the check out process if you are picking up in store. We are an FFL and can process your background check in-house.

Shipping

ANY type of firearm cannot be delivered directly to a home address and must go to an FFL Dealer. When placing an order, please ensure your billing and shipping info are correct. Search for the FFL you want your firearm to be delivered to and then manually input the FFL Name, Address, and Phone number into the notes field of your order. This is located at check out under shipping (FFL if applicable). Failure to do so will result in shipping delays.

Zaviar Firearms will get in touch with the FFL you provide and exchange information. Please understand and be aware that shipping time is reliant upon how quickly your dealer responds to our request. Specific state firearms laws apply. 

What to bring with you when picking up your gun from your locate FFL:

• Valid Driver’s License or ID

• Concealed Carry Permit (if applicable)

• State-issued proof of address (if the address on the Driver’s License is not current)
